(ONLINE) Often people feel like they need to be an artist to 'do' art therapy, however, it is our belief that everyone is inherently creative and that art is a powerful tool for connecting the mind and heart.

Rooted in neuroscience, art therapy is a scientific modality for personal transformation and healing.

You will have the option to use whatever art materials you have at home, you can request a list of recommended art supplies or to have a small art kit sent to you. This can be discussed at the intake session.


Eco-Art Psychotherapy

Taking the art outdoors. This session is outdoors (weather dependent, with options to go in the studio if weather changes), and using all natural materials. By interacting with nature we are calming the nervous system and allowing for space to explore our inner life in the big wide outdoors. As a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), professional art therapist, and registered therapeutic counsellor, I believe deeply in the transformative power of creativity and the innate capacity within each of us to heal and grow. My work spans across individuals of all ages, from teens to elders, and I specialize in supporting those navigating grief and loss, anxiety, caregiver fatigue, eating disorders, and other life challenges.

Through a compassionate and personalized approach, I create a safe and open space for clients to explore their stories, discover tools for change, and engage with the creative process.
